The Municipal Road Works Company Ltd came into existence in 1951 as a state-owned company known under the name of the Town Road Works Company in Lublin. In 1992, as the result of a conversion a limited liability company emerged, which in turn was privatized in 1996. In the beginning, the company's business was concentrated on executing road structures ordered by the public sector, mainly in the Lublin area as well as in the neighboring towns and communes. Since mid-nineties, the company has successfully taken on executing orders for private investors connected with commercial investments, such as supermarkets, gas stations and industrial structures. The beginning of the 21st century means for us getting more and more involved in constructions related to the modernization of the out of town road infrastructure. The company's activities are concentrated in Lublin Province area mostly. It is because of the technology typical of bituminous road works (supplying base material), which constitutes the basic profile of the company's activity.
